Sheldon’s Ice Cream is located in historic Southampton, Massachusetts on the Manhan River. Previously operated as a grist and saw mill in the 1850’s, it is now the home of Sheldon’s Ice Cream.
Glenn West, the current owner of Sheldon’s Ice Cream purchased the abandoned grist mill in December 1997. After a year and a half of renovations, Sheldon’s opened their doors in September 1999. Renovations are on-going to this day.
